Yesterday I started a challenge to stretch for 5 minutes once a day for the next 7 days. This is the second day I have completed this. I found a fairly easy 5 minute stretch routine on YouTube. It is a small step toward living with more healthy routines. Trying to eat well is a whole different thing for me.
After rehearsal tonight I joined some of the group for ice cream. It was delicious. Sweet creamy peppermint ice cream loaded with calories and artificial colors that would turn Gideon moody or cause a friend of mine to break out in a rash. It was yummy and my happy for today.
